Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives, Seventy-second meeting Rome, 16–25 February 2010, summary and conclusions

A meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) was held in Rome, Italy, from 8 to 17 February 2005. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate certain food contaminants, among them acrylamide.
